About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the crew’s Foreman, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all types of commercial roofing systems.
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of EPDM, TPO, & PVC roofing systems.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Commercial roofing experience is preferred, but training is provided for the right individuals.
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions.
- Expected activities include bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
- Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a strong level of professionalism.
- Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Working conditions include exposure to heights, noise, and temperature.
- Physical effort involves extensive standing, walking, and climbing ladders.
- Travel is mostly local, within 1 hour.
