Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fiber laser cutting machines.
• Troubleshooting and resolving electrical, mechanical, CNC, and laser source-related issues.
• Conducting preventive maintenance and providing breakdown support.
• Providing on-site technical assistance and customer training.
• Ensuring timely service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience in fiber laser cutting machines, CNC machinery, or industrial automation will be preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region for customer support.
