About the Role

Outscale Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for HR and Finance Shared Services functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.
• Drive hiring for HR Shared Services and Finance Shared Services functions.
• Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct candidate screening, assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and hiring quality metrics.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
• Track and report recruitment performance metrics on a regular basis.
• Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Experience hiring at scale across Shared Services organizations.
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Full-Time Preferred).

Preferred Background: Prior experience recruiting for Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), Global Capability Centers (GCC), BPO/KPO, or captive organizations.

Shift Timing: (10:30 am - 7:30 pm or 12:30 pm - 9:30 pm)

Work Mode: Onsite (5 days working)

Cab Facility: Company-provided cab for pick-up and drop.
