About the Role

The Brand Partnerships & Growth Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This intern will assist in identifying and reaching out to potential brand partners, coordinating collaboration proposals, and supporting end-to-end campaign execution with creators.

Key Responsibilities

• Researching market trends.
• Preparing partnership decks.
• Maintaining databases of brands and creators.
• Tracking performance metrics for ongoing campaigns.
• Collaborating with the marketing and community teams to support events, meetups, and community initiatives.
• Managing communication with partners.
• Scheduling calls and meetings.
• Providing regular updates and reports on partnership activities.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Brand Strategy and Brand Management, with the ability to understand positioning and long-term partnership value.
• Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal) for outreach, presentations, and stakeholder coordination.
• Understanding of Branding concepts, creator economy dynamics, and digital marketing trends.
• Basic exposure to Sales (prospecting, lead nurturing, relationship-building with brand partners).
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site startup environment in Noida.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with presentation tools, spreadsheets, and online collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms is a plus.
• Genuine interest in internet culture, creators, and community-building.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset.
