Role Overview
Academic Counsellors for ROW (Rest of World) markets are responsible for engaging international parents through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video. The role involves understanding children's needs, highlighting program USPs, and driving enrollments through consultative sales to achieve weekly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with ROW-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightChamps programs.
- Understand the child’s current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes.
- Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.
Work Schedule & Requirements
- Work days: 6 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday (weekday off as per business requirement).
- ROW Shift Window: 6 AM - 3 AM (ANZ / UK)
- Mode: WFH
- Mandatory: Laptop and strong WiFi connection (personal laptop in good working condition required).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with ROW parents.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales role.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment, including weekend availability.
