About the Role

• Full-time Physical Therapist role with an area client.
• Help patients move better, feel better, and stay active.
• Support patients recovering from injury or managing long-term conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inclusive, hands-on care in an outpatient clinic.
• Evaluate patients and develop personalized plans of care.
• Leverage technology and outcome data to guide clinical decisions.
• Document evaluations and treatments efficiently in the EMR.
• Collaborate with teammates to grow clinical skills and clinic culture.
• Willingness to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in professional development activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT) in South Carolina.
• Ability to document evaluations and treatments clearly and efficiently using electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• New graduates are welcome.
• Clinical experience in outpatient settings is preferred.
