About the Role
Policybazaar.com is seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals for its Sales team. As an Associate Sales Consultant, you will represent Policybazaar.com, engage with international customers, and drive sales conversions. This role involves interacting with international clients, promoting insurance products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Job Location
- Gurugram, Haryana (On-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with international customers via calls, emails, and chats.
- Explain insurance products and services effectively to clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle objections, resolve queries, and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email.
- Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers.

- Salary: 2.5 - 4 LPA + Incentives
- Working Days: 6 days working with roster off.
- Interview Mode: Face to Face only (No virtual rounds)
