About the Role

• This is a full-time Business Analyst (Fresher) role based in Pune City.
• Structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site work and some work from home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Analyzing processes and workflows.
• Supporting the design of efficient, scalable solutions across financial, legal, and software service lines.
• Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Preparing reports and presentations.
• Assisting in the implementation and monitoring of process improvements.
• Supporting data collection and basic data analysis.
• Ensuring documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and basic documentation tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization or BA tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Foundational Business Analysis and Business Process understanding to map workflows and suggest improvements.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings clearly.
• Ability to gather, document, and manage Business Requirements for projects and initiatives.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to learn in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Prior internship or project exposure in financial services, legal compliance, and technology solutions is a plus.
