About the Role
Right Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a target-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, and candidate management for multiple client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements across industries.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients for job descriptions, hiring priorities, interview schedules, and feedback.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, interview coordination, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets for CV submissions, interviews, and closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality profiles and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing company will be preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple requirements.
- Proficiency in job portals, sourcing techniques.
