The Student B.Tech role at Smart Shoes Expo is a full-time, on-site position located in Bhopal. The role involves assisting with the preparation and display of smart footwear products, supporting event setup and coordination, and engaging with visitors to explain product features and technology concepts. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to technology applications, event operations, and professional communication.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• B.Tech program foundational technical knowledge.
• Ability to understand basic engineering or technology concepts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with visitors, explain product features, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, support event setup, and maintain orderly displays.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret feedback, identify simple issues, and suggest practical improvements.
• A learning mindset, including willingness to receive guidance, adapt to new responsibilities, and work professionally in an on-site environment.
• Prior participation in technical fairs, college projects, or internships is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Bhopal and maintain reliable availability during expo and preparation periods is required.
