The Business Development Associate (Fresher) will support growth initiatives and partnership development for Mindenious in an on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This is a full-time role involving identifying and qualifying potential leads, assisting in outreach to educational institutions and industry partners, and contributing to sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads.
• Assist in outreach to educational institutions and industry partners.
• Contribute to sales pipelines.
• Conduct market research to understand student needs, competitive offerings, and emerging trends in edtech and career development.
• Prepare and deliver presentations about Mindenious services.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Communicate with prospective clients and stakeholders.
• Support events, workshops, and campaigns that promote internships, mentorship programs, and career guidance services.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Presentation Skills: Experience preparing and delivering impactful presentations.
• Lead Generation Skills: Identifying prospects and supporting outreach activities.
• Market Research Abilities: Gather, analyze, and interpret data on students, institutions, and competitors.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication for interaction with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• CRM or sales software familiarity (beneficial)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field.
