Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Business, Product, Marketing, Growth, Strategy, Operations, and Corporate functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role fit and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate closures.
- Track recruitment metrics, dashboards, TAT, and pipeline performance.
- Drive employer branding, candidate engagement, and recruitment process improvements.
- Leverage AI tools, ATS, and automation to improve hiring efficiency.
