Deployment Manager

About the Role

Blive is looking for motivated and responsible Deployment Managers to manage daily hub operations, coordinate with team members, and ensure smooth vehicle availability and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across assigned hubs and supervise team members.
• Ensure smooth hub functioning, vehicle availability, and proper operational coordination.
• Track daily KPIs, team productivity, and operational targets.
• Monitor vehicle allocation, availability, maintenance, and readiness for deployment.
• Support rider onboarding, documentation, allocation, and operational queries.
• Handle customer and rider complaints, resolve operational issues, and escalate critical concerns when required.
• Maintain accurate daily reports on team performance, vehicle status, and operational activities.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to increase productivity and service quality.
• Work closely with management and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure assigned operational targets are achieved within the stipulated timelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Freshers with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.
• Experienced candidates with relevant operational or team management backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage teams, solve problems, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work at assigned hubs in Bengaluru.
