About the Role
DREAM FLY VACATION is hiring Travel Sales Consultants for their office in Okhla, New Delhi. This is a Full-Time | Work From Office position.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle travel inquiries and recommend suitable holiday packages based on client requirements.
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Handle international holiday packages for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand destinations.
- Manage hotels, tours, sightseeing, transfers, cruises, and other travel services.
- Understand client budgets and requirements to provide suitable travel solutions.
- Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle B2B travel agents and client inquiries professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and clients.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with the operations team for the smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
- Handle changes, special requests, and client requirements.
- Maintain proper records of inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and bookings.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on destination information, hotels, attractions, activities, promotions, and new travel products.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in handling travel inquiries.
- Experience in recommending holiday packages.
- Experience in preparing itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Experience in handling international holiday packages.
- Experience in managing hotels, tours, sightseeing, transfers, and other travel services.
- Ability to understand client budgets and requirements.
- Proficiency in following up with clients.
- Experience in handling B2B travel agents and client inquiries.
- Skills in building and maintaining relationships.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Record-keeping skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of destination information, hotels, attractions, activities, and promotions.
Qualifications
- Focus on travel packages sales only.
- Candidates should not have experience in reservation, ticketing, visa, operations, or customer support.
Work Timings: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Sunday: Fixed Off
