Cafe Sales Associate

About the Role

This position is for the afternoon shift, 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Shifts may change with store needs. Flexibility is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pizza, cookies, and other menu items specific to the location
• Ensure deli coolers are stocked with fresh produce and ingredients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting food service environment
• Deliver high-quality food promptly while providing excellent customer service
• Follow cooking methods and standards provided by the Deli Manager
• Adhere to schedules, stocking procedures, and operational practices
• Meet performance goals and complete assigned duties efficiently

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Food safety standards (Basic knowledge)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to respond to emergency situations as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment
