Bengali Language Expert (AI Training)
About the Role
We are looking for Bengali language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Bengali-language content. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to native and near-native Bengali speakers.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated Bengali translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness.
- Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, or cultural issues.
- Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Bengali.
- Provide structured feedback on linguistic and cultural quality.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Native or near-native fluency in Bengali.
- Strong written communication skills in both Bengali and English.
- Solid command of contemporary Bengali usage across different contexts.
- Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale.
- Attention to detail and consistency.
- No prior AI experience required.
Nice to Have
- Experience in translation, localization, or editing.
- Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows.
- Knowledge of regional Bengali variations (Bangladesh, West Bengal, diaspora communities, etc.).
