About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our HR team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including resume screening, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and coordination.
• Assist with employee onboarding and HR documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support attendance, leave, and HRMS-related activities.
• Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, trackers, and other documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Coordinate with employees and managers on routine HR-related requirements.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Support the HR team with other HR projects and activities as required.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in HR; freshers are welcome to apply.
