Job Overview

• Greet customers on the salesfloor.
• Offer customers assistance.
• Recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs.
• Ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour (will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage)
• Additional Compensation:
• Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances (based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply).
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time
• Available Shifts: Mid-Shift, Closing
