Merchandiser

About the Role

• Provide high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.
• Stock and display products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
• Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
• Use a personal vehicle to travel among stores in the territory. Products will be delivered in advance to stores.
• Use a company-issued phone with a programmed app to clock in/out and track mileage for reimbursement.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time
• 5:00 am until work is finished
• 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

• Prefers to stay active; excited to spend the majority of the shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of products.

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $22.18 per hour.
• Employee will move to $23.34 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
