About the Role
A respected Hermosa Beach law firm is hiring an Associate Attorney to join its team. This is an on-site role with schedule flexibility, offering hands-on learning with close mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior attorneys on active cases from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and help develop case strategy
- Assist with depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Help prepare cases for trial
- Work closely with clients and the attorney team
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 0-3 years of legal experience (new attorneys welcome)
- Active member in good standing of the California State Bar
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Organization and attention to detail
- A collaborative, team-first approach and eagerness to learn
