Command Investigations, LLC is seeking an Intel Operations – Analyst to join a dynamic team. This remote position offers opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized organization in an exciting and evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct background investigations, medical canvass investigations, and social media investigations.
• Collect, verify, analyze, and document information through multiple intelligence channels.
• Perform phone-based verification, digital investigations, background research, and analytical reporting.
• Conduct outbound phone calls to facilities and contacts to verify information and obtain records.
• Establish rapport quickly and professionally to gather accurate information.
• Perform social media investigations and web-based research to identify subjects and collect relevant online data.
• Review databases, public records, claim files, courthouse records, and other resources to assemble comprehensive subject histories.
• Conduct background investigations using available investigative tools and platforms.
• Compile clear, detailed, and professional investigative reports.
• Organize and maintain accurate, confidential case documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and internet-based research tools to track and document findings.
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting strict deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with clients, facilities, and internal team members.
• Follow investigative protocols and maintain strict legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality results.

• Must complete a Command Investigations, LLC employment application and submit to other pre-employment tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior investigative, research, or analytical experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance and/or medical terminology preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
• Preference given to those residing in the following states: AR, AL, AZ, IA, IN, MI, MS, ND, NM, OH, PA, SC, SD, TX, UT, WV.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25lbs/11.34kg regularly and 100lbs/45.36kg on occasion.
• Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for long periods.
• Ability to enter text or data into a computer using a traditional keyboard.
