About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and draft inclusive job descriptions.
- Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and events to attract qualified applicants.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support onboarding activities in coordination with HR and business teams.
- Keep recruitment data and reports updated.
- Adhere to company policies and local regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment coordination.
- Ability to build and manage talent pipelines using job portals, social media, professional networks, and referral programs.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, create accurate job descriptions, and align selection criteria.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and basic recruitment analytics or reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on maintaining a professional and inclusive candidate experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple open positions and deadlines.
- Knowledge of standard hiring practices, basic employment regulations, and ethical recruitment principles.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant recruitment or HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruiting for events, conferences, technology, or B2B services sectors is beneficial.
