About The Role
As a New Grad Product Designer, you will join a team shaping the future of product design, where AI is native to the design process. You will work on impactful projects, collaborating with product, research, data, and engineering to prototype, test, and ship improvements for millions of users. You will join one of our core teams: Consumer, Merchant, Dasher, Ads & Promos, or Customer Experience & Integrity. You'll be supported by a dedicated manager and mentor, within a community of designers focused on learning and growth. This is a full-time role starting in 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Experiment with how AI evolves your work and design process.
- Ship polished features that reach millions of users, merchants, and Dashers.
- Use AI to explore divergent directions, build high-fidelity prototypes, and pressure-test ideas.
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, PMs, and researchers to identify problems and ensure high-quality implementation.
- Contribute to shaping how design is practiced across the team.
- Hone your craft in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduating with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or a technology-related field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Digital Design, Industrial Design) by Summer 2027.
- Available to start full-time in 2027.
- A portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals: visual design, interaction design, and user-centered problem solving.
- A portfolio including at least one case study demonstrating the application of AI in your design process or designing an AI-powered experience.
- Experience communicating through prototypes using Figma.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) for rapid prototyping.
- Eagerness to learn, comfort with making decisions or seeking help, and ability to iterate quickly.
