Junior Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with all cGMP, GxP, and applicable regulatory requirements, including EH&S.
• Complete training on relevant SOPs and understand task activities prior to execution.
• Conduct all tasks/activities as per applicable SOPs. Report any difficulties or deviations to immediate supervisors/managers.
• Report any quality concerns or suggestions for improvement to supervisors/managers.
• Manufacture/process assigned product batches under supervision as per BMR instructions.
• Handle and move raw material, bulk, semi-finished, and finished goods.
• Operate, wash, and clean equipment and accessories as per respective SOPs.
• Maintain area and machines as per GMP requirements.
• Support Quality Management Systems and report any discrepancy, abnormity, non-conformance, or incident to the Department Head and QA Head.
• Receive RM and PM from Warehouse and ensure cleanliness of areas.
• Perform operations as per SOPs and BMR with online recording in respective documents.
• Ensure self-hygiene before entering the production area and follow HR department rules & regulations.
• Perform in-process checks as per respective BMR and record results in respective documents.
• Fulfill training needs related to cGMP, job, safety, health & hygiene by attending training programs.
• Achieve cost-effectiveness in production operations by controlling overtime, revenue expenses, and achieving standard yield.
• Critically monitor environmental conditions to meet BMR and SOP standards.
• Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and instruments as per approved schedule.
• Perform line clearance activity during batch-to-batch and product-to-product changeovers and ensure compliance as per SOP.
• Manage issuance, retrieval, and destruction of dies, punches, product dedicated bags, sieves, silicon sleeves, pipes, hose pipes, and screens.
• Ensure audit compliance.
• Troubleshoot machine and process problems as and when necessary.
• Undertake any other assignment allocated by the Production Head.
• Attend required cGMP / On Job / Functional training activities as per planner.
