Position: Junior Graphic Designer Associate
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer Associate with expertise in AI tools, apparel design, and performance marketing creatives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using modern AI tools to create high-quality ad creatives, fashion visuals, product mockups, and conversion-focused assets for Meta and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Design static ads, banners, carousels, and promotional creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Create apparel graphics and designs for T-shirts, hoodies, jerseys, and other clothing products.
- Generate AI-powered product visuals, fashion shoots, lifestyle imagery, and apparel mockups.
- Develop creative variations for performance marketing campaigns and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with performance marketers and creative strategists to develop conversion-focused ad creatives.
- Use AI-powered workflows to improve design quality, speed, and creative output.
- Adapt designs according to brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and client feedback.
AI Tools & Software Expertise
Candidates should have hands-on experience with tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Higgsfield AI
- Claude
- Google Gemini
- Midjourney
- Nano Banana
- Freepik AI
- Adobe Firefly
- Krea AI
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software is also expected.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with AI image generation, editing, and creative workflows.
- Knowledge of apparel design, clothing graphics, and product mockups.
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives for Meta and Google Ads.
- Ability to create visually appealing and conversion-focused designs.
- A strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, AI-generated visuals, or apparel designs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced performance marketing agency environment.
