Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and guest-focused Steward to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant and dining areas, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Present menus, explain available food and beverage options, and take orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Set up dining tables, arrange cutlery, crockery, glassware, and maintain proper table settings.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, dining area, and service stations.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints politely and professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with buffet setup, meal service, banquets, events, and group dining arrangements.
• Maintain service equipment and report any damage or shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow resort policies and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a positive and guest-friendly attitude.
• Knowledge of restaurant service etiquette and basic food hygiene.
• Ability to work in a team and manage tasks during busy service hours.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel, resort, or restaurant service is preferred; freshers may also apply.
• Well-groomed and professional.
• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
• Polite, attentive, and service-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and improve service quality.
