- Assist in monitoring daily operations, including sorting, loading, and dispatch.
- Support manpower allocations and ensure route map for delivery.
- Track operational productivity and report deviations.
- Assist in resolving minor operational issues on the floor.
- Manage COD cash and deposit in the bank.
- Ensure operational discipline and stakeholder management.
