Compliance Officer, Manufacturing

About the Role

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to strengthen our regulatory, safety, and system compliance across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards across manufacturing locations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and drive timely closure of observations.
• Maintain statutory, regulatory, and compliance documentation.
• Support implementation and monitoring of safety and health standards.
• Work closely with internal teams and auditors to ensure adherence to processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in compliance systems and practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduate with ISO Certification (Mandatory).
• OHSAS Certification (Preferred).
• Experience in compliance roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of audit processes, documentation, and regulatory frameworks.
