Warby Parker is seeking a high-energy, innovative, and caring Optometrist to join an affiliated Independent OD practice. This role requires a passion for delivering remarkable eye care in a collaborative environment, a strong team-player attitude, and a drive to exceed patient expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye exams in accordance with company protocol and standards of care.
- Provide a great eye exam experience and communicate advice on eye health, eyewear, and prescriptions to patients.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Act as a brand representative, educating and exciting others to establish the practice as a leading eye care provider.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Doctor of Optometry licensed in this state.
- New and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
- Dedicated to improving patient health and happiness.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry license.
