About the Role

RICE ADAMAS Group is seeking an Owner to provide strategic direction across its institutions, guiding long-term vision, growth, and innovation in education and training. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing academic and administrative performance.
• Reviewing financial and operational reports.
• Making key decisions on expansion, partnerships, and investments.
• Collaborating with senior leadership, deans, principals, and department heads to ensure educational quality, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.
• Representing the group at high-level stakeholder meetings and public forums.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Leadership and strategic management abilities.
• Experience overseeing complex, multi-unit organizations.
• Expertise in education administration or institutional management.
• Experience across school, higher education, or training ecosystems.
• Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, resource allocation, and long-term investment planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capacity for long-term visioning, innovation in learning solutions, and change management.
• Experience working in or with the education sector in India.
• Exposure to large-scale learner populations and competitive examination ecosystems.
• Commitment to inclusive, learner-centric education.
• Ability to foster a values-driven, ethical organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in education, management, business administration, or a related field.
• Doctoral qualifications are an added advantage.
