The Business Development Associate [Fresher] internship is an on-site role based in Bengaluru South. Interns will support business growth by assisting with lead generation, participating in outreach activities, and engaging with students, institutions, and potential partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research.
• Prepare and deliver presentations about Mindenious offerings.
• Contribute to campaigns that promote internships and mentorship programs.
• Track prospects and maintain basic records of interactions.
• Provide input on improving engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction.
• Presentation skills and the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations.
• Lead generation skills, with an interest in outreach and building relationships.
• Market research skills, including gathering, organizing, and interpreting information.
• Interest in the edtech sector and student career development.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Comfort speaking in group or public settings.
