About the Role
Gaur & Gaurs – Legal Associates is a Delhi-based in-house law firm with a legal legacy since 1988, led by Advocate Ujjawal Gaur, practicing before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. We handle litigation, advisory, arbitration, corporate, civil, criminal, constitutional, service, consumer, family, property and media law matters across India. Our compact firm emphasizes personal mentorship, hands-on learning, and strategic advocacy. This is a full-time, in-person internship for 1 month in November.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in research, drafting, and case preparation for the Supreme Court and the High Courts.
- Observe court proceedings and learn real-world litigation practices.
- Support the team in filings, legal documentation, and advisory work.
- Work on constitutional, corporate, civil, criminal, and other complex matters.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Law students (UG or PG) or recent graduates interested in litigation and advisory work.
- Strong interest in legal research, drafting, and courtroom exposure.
- Professional, proactive, and eager to learn.
Qualifications
- Exposure to Supreme Court & High Court litigation.
- Mentorship by senior advocates with decades of experience.
- Hands-on experience in research, drafting, and court proceedings.
