About the Opportunity

Initi8now connects licensed dental surgeons (BDS / MDS) with leading hospital dental departments and private multi-chair clinics.

Key Responsibilities

For Freshers / Associate Dentists (0 – 2 Years):

• Conduct routine clinical examinations, patient history evaluations, and accurate diagnostic charting.
• Perform preventive and basic restorative procedures: scaling, root planing, composite/GIC restorations, and simple extractions.
• Assist senior dental surgeons and specialists during complex surgical or endodontic interventions.
• Manage sterilization workflows, infection control protocols, and clinical hygiene.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene maintenance, postoperative care, and treatment planning.

For Experienced Dentists / Clinic In-Charges (2+ Years):

• Lead independent chairside treatments: multi-visit and single-sitting Root Canal Treatments (RCT), aesthetic restorations, crowns and bridge preparations, and complex surgical extractions.
• Plan and present comprehensive treatment plans for cosmetic, prosthodontic, and periodontal cases.
• Supervise dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff.
• Oversee patient relationship management, referral coordination, and clinic inventory/equipment upkeep.
• Coordinate with on-call specialists for multidisciplinary care.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from an institution recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI).
• Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) is a plus for specialized hospital roles.

Licensing & Internship:

• Valid and active State Dental Council Registration (mandatory).
• Completion of the compulsory 1-year rotatory internship (for fresh graduates).

Skills:

• Strong diagnosis and patient communication skills.
• Competence in standard dental radiography (IOPA / OPG evaluation).
• Commitment to patient comfort, empathy, and professional ethics.
• Basic proficiency with digital clinic management and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
