Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily IT support and technical troubleshooting.
• Help maintain computer systems, hardware, software, and network equipment.
• Support software installation, configuration, and system updates.
• Assist in maintaining IT records, documentation, and inventory.
• Help troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide user support.
• Assist with data backup, system maintenance, and IT projects.
• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team.
• Internship placement must be part of your studies, where applicable.
