About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial individual to work directly with the founder and help build C18 Paris into a distinctive, consumer-loved skincare and wellness brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the founder on business strategy, growth, and day-to-day execution.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, brand building, social media, and content strategy.
- Explore new opportunities across sales, partnerships, influencer marketing, and customer acquisition.
- Support business operations, research, and cross-functional projects.
- Take ownership of ideas and turn them into actionable initiatives that drive growth.
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial, curious, and excited about building a brand from the ground up.
- A self-starter who takes initiative, thinks critically, and gets things done.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication skills, creative thinking, and a willingness to learn.
- A genuine interest in skincare, beauty, consumer brands, or entrepreneurship is a plus.
