Content Automation & Growth Intern

About the Role

Edge-Forex runs an automated content network that publishes daily short-form videos and articles in Hindi, Arabic, Spanish, and English across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The network also directs audiences to a Telegram community. Most production is automated. This role involves maintaining and growing the network, overseeing daily operations, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and scaling the network.

Key Responsibilities

• Check daily publishing runs across all channels and fix or report failures (e.g., video upload issues, incorrect thumbnails, bad voiceovers).
• Review daily output for quality, including pronunciation, captions, thumbnails, titles, and descriptions.
• Track views, subscribers, watch time, and Telegram joins in daily reports, flagging successful and unsuccessful content.
• Assist in setting up and launching new channels and accounts in new languages, including profiles, links, playlists, and scheduling.
• Conduct and review small tests on elements like hooks, thumbnails, or posting times.
• Improve search and discovery through keywords, titles, descriptions, and website posts.
• Moderate comments and community groups, and answer questions on Telegram.
• Maintain simple documentation and checklists to ensure consistent daily processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfortable with YouTube Studio, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Curious about how recommendation systems work.
• Strong eye for detail.
• Clear written English.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Self-directed and reliable with a daily routine.
• Interested in markets, trading, or personal finance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Hindi, Arabic, or Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience growing a YouTube or Instagram account (even a personal one) is nice to have.
• Basic video or thumbnail editing using tools like Canva or CapCut is nice to have.
• Familiarity with AI tools, or basic scripting or command-line skills is nice to have.
• Some SEO or analytics knowledge (e.g., Search Console, YouTube Analytics) is nice to have.
