About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar with Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited. The role involves engaging with customers to explain health insurance products, assisting in policy selection, and supporting them throughout the purchase and claims processes.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trust, explain complex information clearly, and handle queries professionally.
• Sales and business development aptitude, including basic understanding of insurance products and comfort with meeting defined targets.
• Good organizational and documentation skills to manage policy information, maintain records, and follow standard processes.
• Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with confident interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Comfort with digital tools and systems, including basic proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar.
• Demonstrate integrity.
• Adapt to a dynamic and wellness-focused work environment.

Experience in health insurance, banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
