The Role

Fulfilment Intern to support the end-to-end processing of visa applications and learn how high-quality travel operations work at scale. This is a hands-on, on-ground internship based in-office, operating on a 6-day work week.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers through the visa process by helping communicate requirements, documentation, and next steps.
• Review visa documentation for completeness and accuracy, escalating issues or missing information.
• Coordinate across teams and external stakeholders to help keep applications moving and support communication with consulates and embassies.
• Track application progress closely and help ensure customers receive timely updates on status and required actions.
• Support accurate and reliable execution by maintaining customer data confidentiality and contributing to a smooth experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Digital tools: Comfortable using digital tools, learning new systems, and figuring things out quickly.

Qualifications

• Hunger to learn, take ownership, and build real-world experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks without losing accuracy.
• Clear and confident communication, both verbally and in writing.
• Proactive, dependable, and willing to get hands-on with whatever it takes to keep things moving.
