Inventory Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end inventory, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, and sales planning across D2C brand stores, B2C marketplaces, and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & SKU Management

• Manage inventory across D2C brand stores, B2C marketplaces, and regional warehouses.

• Conduct SKU health checks, ABC analysis, and inventory classification.

• Identify and optimize non-moving, slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.

• Monitor stock availability, aging, inventory accuracy, and stock movement.

• Analyze regional SKU performance and recommend inventory allocation strategies.

• Order Management & Fulfillment

• Manage end-to-end D2C and B2C order processing and fulfillment.

• Coordinate stock allocation and order fulfillment across regional warehouses.

• Prepare weekly and monthly stock fulfillment plans based on demand and inventory availability.

• Monitor pending orders, dispatch timelines, cancellations, and fulfillment performance.

• Ensure timely stock replenishment and order execution across sales channels.

• Warehouse & Logistics Operations

• Conduct warehouse audits and monitor inventory accuracy.

• Manage returns, damaged stock, and return-to-origin (RTO) processes.

• Support pallet management, warehouse space optimization, and storage planning.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to improve operational efficiency.

• Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to reduce damages and operational losses.

• Sales Forecasting & Inventory Planning

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and inventory plans.

• Analyze historical sales, SKU movement, seasonality, and marketplace demand.

• Align inventory availability with sales projections and business requirements.

• Monitor stock coverage, inventory turnover, and service levels.

• Support inventory liquidation strategies for slow-moving and non-moving SKUs.

• Customer Support & Returns Management

• Coordinate with customer support teams to resolve order, delivery, and return-related issues.

• Analyze return reasons and implement corrective actions to improve customer experience.

• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely resolution of operational issues.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong SAP knowledge.
• Inventory optimization skills.
• Regional warehouse coordination.
• Data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and operational tools.
• Experience with SAP for inventory tracking, stock transfers, order processing, and operational reporting.
• Experience managing inventory and order operations on Shopify and D2C brand stores.
• Experience handling marketplace inventory and fulfillment processes.
• Experience with EasyEcom for order, inventory, and warehouse management.
• Experience utilizing ClickPost for shipment tracking, logistics coordination, and delivery performance monitoring.
• Ability to ensure accurate inventory synchronization across systems and sales channels.
