Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: JAIPUR (Pratap Nagar)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat and voice (international clients).
- Deliver accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions.
- Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- BPO Voice/Non-Voice/ Customer Service domain knowledge.
- Very Good Communication skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate Pursuing / Graduate.
- Freshers can also apply.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- 5 days working with 2 rotational week offs.
- CTC Offered (Graduate Pursuing): RS 24,000/- IN HAND monthly.
- CTC Offered (Graduate Passed out): RS 26,000/- IN HAND monthly.
