Reporter

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune District. The Reporter is responsible for gathering information, conducting interviews, and producing clear, accurate news and feature content aligned with organizational needs and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Researching stories.
• Writing and editing reports.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and consistent coverage of key topics.
• Creating multimedia content.
• Preparing presentations or summaries.
• Maintaining a high level of editorial integrity and attention to detail.
• Managing deadlines effectively.
• Responding to emerging developments.
• Adapting content for various internal and external audiences.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Reporting and News Writing skills.
• Ability to produce accurate and engaging content under time constraints.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Interviewing and information gathering.
• Clear articulation of complex topics.
• Solid Writing skills for various formats (articles, summaries, internal reports).
• Multimedia skills, including basic familiarity with digital tools for audio, video, or visual storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ethical judgment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
