About the Role
Incedo is seeking a TAC Engineer – Network Support for their TAC team. This role offers a career transition opportunity into a core network engineering role, focusing on enterprise technologies such as Load Balancers, DDoS Protection, and Network Security.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on enterprise technologies including Load Balancers, DDoS Protection, and Network Security.
- Handle complex technical escalations.
- Manage critical incidents calmly.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- BE/B.Tech, BCA, or equivalent technical background.
- Experience in basic technical support, preferably for a US/UK ISP or IT support process.
- Fundamental knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, troubleshooting tools, and utilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer handling abilities.
- Eagerness to learn complex networking technologies.
- Availability for night shifts, including coverage on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

- 1-year structured on-the-job training in advanced networking.
