Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

FE fundinfo is a leading financial data provider, connecting the investment industry across the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific through an integrated platform. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and securing top talent across a diverse range of roles and locations. This is a 6 Month Contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies for open positions.
• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels.
• Screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage.
• Creating engaging and inclusive job advertisements while providing guidance on job description improvements.
• Maintaining applicant tracking systems, monitoring recruitment pipelines, and providing recruitment reporting and analytics.
• Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining GDPR compliance and adherence to relevant employment legislation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proven recruitment experience gained within an in-house talent acquisition environment.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing platforms.
