About the Role
The IT Healthcare Entry Level role is a full-time, on-site position based in Manchester, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day IT support for healthcare environments.
- Monitor systems.
- Handle basic network administration tasks.
- Resolve routine technical issues.
- Respond to support tickets.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff.
- Help maintain secure network operations.
- Support users with technology-related questions.
- Contribute to the implementation of workflow automation tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams and healthcare clients to ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient IT services.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational skills in Information Technology.
- Foundational skills in Network Administration.
- Skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving for hardware, software, and basic infrastructure issues.
- Understanding of Network Security principles and best practices in a healthcare or regulated environment.
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to follow documented procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Reliability in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Qualifications
- Relevant education such as an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare workflows, medical practice operations, or compliance standards is beneficial.
