Communications Associate, Entry Level

About the Role

GEM is seeking a motivated Communications Associate to support day-to-day communication activities, help deliver campaign messages, and contribute to positive relationships with customers, community members, and team members. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate campaign information and key messages clearly, accurately, and professionally.
• Support in-person communication activities at events, promotional locations, and community engagements.
• Help ensure that brand messaging remains consistent across assigned activities.
• Respond to general questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member when necessary.
• Assist with preparing communication materials, presentations, talking points, and campaign information.
• Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate messaging and share relevant updates.
• Gather feedback from customer and community interactions to help identify communication opportunities.
• Maintain professional standards when representing GEM and its clients.
• Participate in training and team meetings to strengthen communication and presentation skills.
