About the Role
- This is a commission-driven position with the opportunity to earn between 30-75% of your production.
- You will help transform people's lives by placing them in their ideal positions with clients.
- This role offers tremendous earning potential with no cap.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
- Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
- Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
- Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
- Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews
- Assist in the negotiation of job offers
- Conduct reference checks on candidates
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
- Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
- Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
- Effective negotiation skills
- Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements
- Recruiting tools and materials
