About the Role
Start your NP career in the future of healthcare with Oak Street Health’s NP Fellowship in Adult Primary Care, in formal collaboration with the University of Michigan School of Nursing. The 12-month paid fellowship is set in a value-based care model, designed to equip you with the skills, support, and learning to become a confident and competent clinician for older adults. Fellows will build their own patient panel, learn from preceptors, and engage in didactic content that complements graduate training. All fellows commit to working at Oak Street for at least one year following program completion. The program has two concurrent cohorts starting in September and March annually. The annual salary for this location is $100,000.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Family, Adult, or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioners who graduated or will graduate between May 2025 and December 2026.
- Must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Fellowship program location for at least two years.
- Have not yet worked as an NP.
- Minimum of one year experience, within the last five years, working as an adult RN.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 in NP program.
- Must have passed, or be in the process of passing, NP board examinations by 12/7/26.
- Must currently hold or will hold by 12/21/26 an active, non-probationary state NP license.
- A genuine passion for adult primary care.
- A supportive attitude toward the patient population of older adults.

- Language skills are strongly preferred, depending on clinic location.

- Pay Range: $87,035.00 - $187,460.00 (This represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary. Actual offer depends on experience, education, geography, and other factors.)
