Telesales and Marketing Intern

About the Role

Perfect Digital HR is a human resources and talent services firm focused on helping organizations build effective, high-performing teams. This is a full-time, on-site Telesales and Marketing Intern role based in South Delhi. The intern will make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce services, and support lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Introduce services to prospective clients.
• Support lead generation activities.
• Follow up on inquiries.
• Maintain call records.
• Assist in basic sales pitches under guidance.
• Support marketing campaigns.
• Help with outreach content.
• Coordinate with the team to optimize customer engagement.
• Collaborate closely with senior staff.
• Receive training.
• Contribute to improving customer interactions and overall service quality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort with phone-based work.
• Proficiency with office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on responsiveness and empathy.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and professional etiquette on calls.
• Foundational Sales skills, such as understanding client needs, presenting services, and handling basic objections.
• Interest in Training and a willingness to learn and apply new telesales and marketing techniques.
• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
