About the Role

The Business Analyst – AI & Business Insights role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into actionable insights, and working with cross-functional teams to support AI-driven initiatives and data-based decision-making.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets and trends.
• Business Analysis and Business Requirements: Ability to translate business needs into clear specifications and documentation.
• Business Process Understanding: Ability to map workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
• Communication Skills: Ability to present insights, collaborate with stakeholders, and prepare concise reports and presentations.
• Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau).
• AI/ML Concepts: Familiarity is beneficial.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification or relevant certification in Business Analysis or Analytics is an advantage.
