About the Role

THEM Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is a global UI/UX design and development company focused on building innovative financial products for the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry. This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate position based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Generating qualified leads.
• Supporting the sales pipeline for financial product design and development services.
• Conducting market research.
• Analyzing industry trends in BFSI and fintech.
• Refining go-to-market strategies.
• Preparing and delivering client presentations.
• Coordinating with internal design and product teams.
• Maintaining accurate records of prospects and outreach activities.
• Communicating with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, schedule meetings, and nurture long-term business relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong presentation skills and experience creating and delivering professional presentations.
• Proficiency in lead generation and prospecting activities, including outreach and pipeline management.
• Ability to conduct structured market research and analyze data to identify business opportunities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
• Comfort working with CRM tools and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools).
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest or experience in the BFSI or fintech sector is highly beneficial.
